Be extremely mindful!

Our thoughts are our prayers for what we want.

It is important to investigate the thoughts, which keep you feeling separate. Investigate the thoughts that create suffering or unhappiness in your life. As long as you still find yourself suffering, it means that you’re holding on to some belief or concept that is not true for you. The fact is, when we argue with reality we always lose. Investigating our thoughts means investigating what is really true for us. It’s amazing that when we ask questions the mind searches and will give us the answers. So it’s just really a matter of asking the right questions.

The temporal circumstances of our daily life, the ups and downs, the successes and the disappointments, are all part of the unfoldment which is offered to us with great grace. It is all pointing us in the direction of a realized notion that we have the capacity to utilize this life experience as a playground of adventure and discovery. When we see every event from that perspective, we are really set free!

Once we have this perspective, we are no longer in tunnel controlled by circumstances. We can see a much broader explanation of why these things are occurring and they are serving our personal empowerment.

If you are attached to striving to control what you actually cannot in an attempt to achieve joy and a sense of well-being, you are forever doomed . Let go of the need for such manipulation, and do not waste time lamenting or suffering over what is not going your way-nor clinging to notions that circumstances should be other than what they are. Life is what it is. You may have your preferences and choose to create something else if you do not like what you are experiencing, but do not squander hours agonizing over what is not going your way. Do we have a definite purpose that guides our ambitions, vision, and goals? It doesn’t matter how you think you arrived here on this planet or under whose direction the fact remains that each of us has specific talents and gifts that are uniquely coded within our own DNA. As you go through life, you don’t just pick up things you like doing by chance. You discover what you’re good at because you were meant to discover it, just as you were meant to figure out what your fingers do, and how your elbows work. Your unique gifts are hardwired into your system just as surely as your lungs are given their blueprint to breathe. And it’s from these specific talents and gifts that you’re able to define and determine your definite purpose … the reason why you’re here.
